All you need is a the chicken bones from a whole chicken that was just eaten by you and your family, and water. The applecidar vinegar is optional but it pulls more of the minerals from the bone, which is what we want.
Take the bones from the baked chicken and cover them with water in a kettle or crock pot. Break the chicken up a bit and put a couple T. of organic apple cidar vinegar if you have it. Let it sit for 30 minutes and then put the heat on high. Let it come to a boil and then put it on low, covering the kettle for 3 hours or even better yet, the whole day. You will get that rich looking broth with all the minerals in that are so good for you.
Strain it and you can put it in jars for future soups ,or use it to make a chicken soup. Yum. You can freeze it in jars if you are not going to eat it within a week.
