4 cups of strawberries
4 cups of cold water
Juice of one lemon
4–8 drops of therapeutic grade lemon essential oil
Agave or raw sugar, if desired
Puree the strawberries in a blender (you can add a tablespoon of water to help it puree more easily). Pour the water into a quart-size pitcher. Add the pureed strawberries, the juice of one lemon, and 4–8 drops of lemon essential oil (to taste). Add agave or another sweetener as desired. Mix well, and serve chilled.
