Karen’s Spaghetti Sauce

Sautee 3 onions, 1 head of garlic, 3-6 containers of mushrooms, and 3-7 zucchini.

Then blend in blender.  Add tomato juice from the canned tomatoes or fresh tomatoes you are using in sauce.  I would use a number 10 can of crushed tomatoes for the recipe above, so cut back as needed.

Then add 3-7 tablespoons of our Italian seasoning – yum!  Add a sweetener if you like- honey or agave – but not needed. Sometimes I add salt and pepper too!
