- 3 cups of cooked beans-semi cooked
- 1 T butter or ghee
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 small head of garlic, peeled and sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add sliced garlic, and cook, stirring frequently, until garlic is lightly browned. Add drained beans and season with salt and pepper. Cook beans for 10 minutes, until tender.
