- 3 crowns of broccoli cut into spears
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- coconut oil, nut oil, or avocado oil
- salt and pepper
Heat oil and add broccoli: cook 7-8 minutes on medium heat. Add garlic and toss. Cover pan and continue cooking on low heat for about 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
