- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 cloves of garlic minced or pressed
- 2 T coconut or olive oil
- Sea salt to taste
Can fry up onion if want to add for more flavor.
Cut up cauliflower and put in food processor. Put stove on low to medium frying garlic first and then add the cauliflower. Done when it is tender and add salt.
Another way to make is with cauliflower, oil, salt, and cut up cilantro.
