Avocado Chickpea Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked chick peas
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 T plain greek yogurt
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 T cilantro
  • dash of pepper

Mash up avocado and chick peas and then mix in the rest.

Can put on a gluten free wrap or lettuce/cabbage.
