Vanilla Chia Tapioca…Without the Tapioca

Ingredients

  • ¾ c. water
  • 1 T almond butter
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 dates or tsp honey

Blend. Add 1/3 cup chia seeds and stir. Place in fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.

Can add some avocado to make it thicker if too soupy.
