Taco Salad

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbls chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • can also add guacamole

Directions

  1. For the taco salad: in a large skillet, brown meat for 5-7 minutes. Then toss in seasoning. Serve meat over baby spinach with a large dollop of guacamole.
