Nut Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 cups of macadamia nuts
  • onion powder to taste
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • blend and let sit 1 hour

You can use this to dip veggies in or use as a spread.

You could use cashews, almonds, pecans, or walnuts. You may have to cut back on the water with other nuts.
