Hidden Veggie Burgers-grass fed beef if you can
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 large carrot grated, about 1/2 cup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- baby spinach, for serving
For the burgers: combine meat, carrot and seasoning in a small bowl. Form meat into two even patties about 1/2 inch thick. In a large skillet, cook burgers 3-5 minutes on each side.
