Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 3 T prepared mustard
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 4 porkchops

Directions

  1. preheat 325
  2. mix mustard and sugar in small bowl
  3. butterfly porkchops and place in 9 by 13 pan
  4. sprinkle with lemon
  5. 1/8th in of water in pan
  6. bake 20 or more minutes to desired doneness
