Fall Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. water
  • 1 pear or apple unpeeled and chopped
  • ½ c. cranberries or other berries
  • ½ c. red grapes 1 ½ cups chopped kale, packed

Put in blender on high speed.

Keeps in refrigerator for 24 hours.
