- 6-8 dates, pitted
- 1 ¼ c. coconut flakes
- ¾ cup raw almonds preferably soaked to get off phytic acid. Doing so will help with digestion and absorption.
Blend until smooth in good mixer.
Add whatever nuts and mix.
Form a bar or ball and freeze.
Variation-can also crumble the mixture with out the nuts over apples-so good.
