Not Peanut Butter Cookies-No Bake

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of almond or cashew butter
  • ¼ c. maple syrup or raw honey
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • dash salt
  • ½ c. ground almonds

Mix together

Put in freezer 30 minutes

Make one inch ball and roll in ground almonds and freeze.
