Chick Pea Hummus with Sunflower Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 can of garbanzo beans (aka chick peas) -rinse good or cook dried (1 ¾ CUPS)
  • ¼ cups tea seed oil
  • 2 T or more water
  • 2 T apple cidar vinegar
  • 1 Heaping T of sunflower butter (can use tahini, hemp, or almond butter)
  • ½ tsp of sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. blendfresh fiber and ¼ tsp of prebiotic
  • Shake in dill and onion powder to your taste

Blend.
