Pumpkin Porridge

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini peeled and cut in 2 inch
  • ½ c pumpkin
  • ¼ c coconut milk
  • 1/4 c. sweetener or a package of stevia
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Heat up zucchini, coconut milk, cinnamon, and sweetener for about 6-8 minutes. Puree the rest with the above. Can heat up and eat. Add nuts or fruit if you desire.
