Make Your Own Greek Yogurt

SOOOOO Simple!

Bigger carton of plain regular yogurt

Need a bowl, mesh strainer, coffee filter

Put strainer in bowl and put filter inside strainer. Pour the yogurt in and stir. Let sit for 4 hours and get rid of liquids in smoothie or throw out. You’re left with thick yogurt with twice the protein.

Add fruit and can mush up banana to sweeten.
