I love using coconut kefir in place of yogurt. I get it at Slowpokes in Grafton, WI and what a treat! You can also get it at Good Harvest Market in Pewaukee.
In the kefir I mix blueberries and walnuts or pecans. If you need some sweetness, you can put sweet leaf stevia, mushed up banana, or a little maple syrup/honey. If it is too thick, just add a little water.
You can put kefir in your smoothies too. It is great for your gut health, as it has natural probiotics.
