- 1 can of full fat coconut milk
- 4 T chia seeds
- 4 T. cacao powder
- ¼ tsp stevia or 2 T maple syrup
- ½ tsp gluten free vanilla
Directions: In high speed blender, blend coconut with everything except chia. Add chia later. Freeze for 10 minutes and serve.
Can leave in refrigerator
