Coconut Whipping Cream

Take a can of Aroy-D coconut milk that is 60 % extract (Woodmans, Asian isle)

Prior to making, put can upside down in refrigerater for awhile. Pour into bowl and if liquid separates from coconut, get rid of that liquid and just whip up the coconut first with mixer. After creamy then add a tsp of liquid sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or coconut nectar).
