Easy Herbed Potatoes

This recipe is from the Glutenology Cookbook.

 

2 T. olive

1 T. balsamic vinegar

1 tsp. garlic salt

1 tsp. dried rosemary

¼ tsp. pepper

2 small Vidalia onions cut into wedges

3 large carrots sliced diagonally

2 red potatoes, chopped

 

Preheat oven 400

Coat onions, carrots, and potatoes in other ingredients

Bake for 40 minutes in 9X13 pan

4-6 servings
