Chia Blueberry Pudding

*This recipe was from Raw Food Made Easy

1 ½ c. fresh thawed and drained frozen blueberries

½ orange, peeled and sectioned

1-2 date soaked for 10 minutes and drained

2 T chia seeds unsoaked

Put all ingredients in blender on medium until smooth, except for chia. Add chia and blend on high. Put in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. It keeps for 24 hours.
