Acorn Squash Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • ½-1 squash baked
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 T. ground flax seeds
  • ½ tsp of your sweetener (stevia, maple syrup, coconut nectar, honey, etc.)

Directions: Process in blender. You can also add nuts or whatever else you want!
