4-Ingredient Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of coconut milk (organic)
  • 3-4 T chia seeds
  • Small packet of green leaf stevia (can get at Woodmans) or add some bee pollen, honey, agave, etc.
  • 1/2 tsp vanille extract

Directions: Process coconut milk in blender with stevia/vanilla and then pour in bowl and stir in chia seeds. Seeds may clump up so go in fridge and stir every so often. I add fruit and nuts to this or even cinnamon.
