Naturally Flavored Water

Lime/Lemon/Cucumber Water

I cut up a half of lime and lemon, along with a half of cucumber and put it in a pitcher of water. Very refreshing! You can just do one if you don’t want all three. They are very alkalizing to the body.

Another idea is to add berries or other fruit. You may want to mash up some of the fruit, though, so that more of the flavor is in the water.
